The Process
phase 01 - consultation + programing
An initial review of our client's project intention, schematics, timeline, budget, design inspiration & design style. typically via Zoom or phone call. The client will provide a questionnaire prior to our first meeting to help us understand the project scope.
phase 02- concept development
Designers step in full term to create a plan, schedule, mood boards, presentations, samples, etc. This is when we start to gather more information, inspiration & a detailed timeline and create a more firm concept that we can easily execute. Before moving forward with execution, we will need full approval from our clients, therefore, this phase can last a few weeks due to any tweaks needed to be made.
phase 03- design development
During this phase, we will also work with our in-house project managers, contractors, builders, carpenters, & architects to solidify a timeline & design development plan. floor plans, elevations, drawings, and FF&E schedules. This also includes any demo work, walk-throughs with sub-contractors, and meetings etc.
phase 04- contract development
This phase includes the formality of the design work by the designers & contractors. This will look like finalizing the floor plans, submittals, receiving deliverables, planning deliveries, beginning phase of execution, ordering & tracking, logistics, & budget analysis.
phase 05- construction + installation
The final phase of the project before we photograph the project. This includes the execution of logistics, final ordering & receiving, cross-referencing our design documentation, construction, installation & completion.
